About me

With over 15 years’ experience, I specialise in using communications to help organisations to connect people and purpose to performance. I’ve led communications, engagement and culture change programmes for UK SMEs to global Fortune and FTSE companies.

I’m passionate about connecting people to their potential. Embracing change is a major part of that journey. It’s why, alongside my First-Class Honours communications degree and certification as a Prosci change management practitioner, I’m also a certified meditation teacher with The Chopra Center and currently studying their Health Instructor certification. My aim is to continue to expand how individuals and organisations connect and engage to embrace change.

I’m an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a career mentor and a regular judge for the Institute of Internal Communication’s (IoIC) National Annual Awards.

I’m based in the UK, in London’s leafy suburbs. When I have a spare moment, you’ll find me fuelling my wanderlust and navigating globetrotting with twin toddlers.
